Carol Minn Vacca

Biography

Carol Minn Vacca established the Law Office of Carol Minn Vacca, L.L.C. after spending almost ten years as an accomplished broadcast journalist, a career that took her from Macon, Georgia to Louisville, Kentucky, then to Tampa, Florida, before she returned home to Atlanta, Georgia. She approaches every case with the investigative skills of a veteran journalist, while providing her clients sound advice of an experienced attorney and compassion of a counselor. She specializes in family law matters, including divorce and separate maintenance; child custody, visitation and support; legitimation and paternity; and post judgment actions, such as contempt and modification. She also handles restraining and protective orders, as well as prepares wills and living wills.

Carol is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Section, Atlanta Bar Association’s Modest Means Program that provides representation to low income clients, as well as the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and the Korean American Bar Association of Georgia.

Carol is an author and speaker, most recently lecturing at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s “What Every Family Lawyer Needs to Know” seminar. She also serves as a mentor to law students.
